Perfect Answers can Make No Common Sense, but IF You Trust and Follow God Completely, You will Witness Miracles!

Frequently we hear of those who face impossibilities – dire situations with seemingly grave consequences! I used to have a boss who called them “Insurmountable Opportunities!”

Just look at these Insurmountable Opportunities and their outcome!

A- Afraid of an army led by a huge, fully-armored bully? Here’s your instructions: Send in an almost naked little boy armed only with 5 smooth stones and a sling!

”Makes no sense,” but . . . they did it anyway. The boy (named David) killed the giant (Goliath) so the invading army could be defeated! (1st Samuel 17)  Follow God! His plan always works!

B- Need to capture a fortified city without many weapons? God’s Instructions: Have your people stomp around the city 13 times and then yell!

”Makes no sense,” but . . . they did it anyway. The walls immediately fell outward. The people scrambled over the wall and captured the city quickly! (The Israelites in Joshua 6) Follow God! His plan always works!

C- Lose all your riches – property – family and friends when you thought you did nothing wrong? Here’s the plan: Apologize to God and make less than nothing of yourself.

”Makes no sense,” but . . . he did it anyway. God restored to him DOUBLE including family, friends, riches and property. His daughters were known as the most beautiful in the world! (Book of Job) Follow God! His plan always works!

D- Young men required to worship the King’s image or be thrown into a deadly, super-hot furnace!

”Makes no sense,” but . . . they refused to worship the image! Result? They got thrown in the furnace, BUT were completely protected! Not a single hair was singed, and they didn’t even smell like smoke! All who threw them in perished.) (Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in Daniel 3) Follow God! His plan always works!

Key Thoughts to Following God’s Plan

1) As a Christian do we REALLY trust God? John said “For God so loved the world, He gave His only Son that whoever believes (trusts) in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

2) The book of James says that even the demons believe – and tremble, so how much more should we believe, trust, and rely on Him.

3) When we are in real trouble do we text a friend or run to the phone and call a friend? Why not run to the throne of God and ask Him for help?

4) If someone is putting pressure on you to make a decision, don’t succumb. They are trying to scare you into a decision. That’s known as putting the F.E.A.R. in you (False Evidence Appearing Real). Don’t allow yourself to be pressured! Always follow the peace in your heart. That’s the Holy Spirit guiding YOU!

Follow in the Footsteps of the Highly Successful and Wise! It’s not always easy to do what God instructs, but it’s always the best for you!

E- Stuck in a desert with no food? Should you complain? Isn’t it wiser to pray?

”Makes no sense,” but . . . Moses did it anyway! Result? God caused it to rain a  type of seed no one had ever seen (before or since). They called it “Manna” or “What was it?” It appeared 6 mornings a week for forty (40) years –  that is 14,000+  days! (Exodus 16)

Follow God! His plan always works!
